Please read these refund policy carefully before using the subscription package on the www.martwalk.co website or mobile application which are operated and managed by Mart Walk family.

Refund policy:

Consumer is permitted to claim a refund from Mart Walk website for:

  • Wrong service
  • Incomplete job
  • Misbehavior by the service provider
  • Delay in service(in some circumstances)

Consumer can send a mail to support@martwalk.co within the 5 days from the service delivery with the subject line “job reference=”complaint category”. Our claim clearance team will register a complaint against your query and share a complaint number within 24 hours via email or text Message at the registered mobile number. Consumer will receive the final status of the claim within the 7 working days via email.

If refund request is approved by our team, amount will be credited in the consumer account number or wallet within 48 hours. Mart Walk team has reserved the right to approve or decline the refund request; the refund claim will be processed by gathering information about the job delivery from the service provider. The status of the claim will be shared along with the reason for approval/decline with the customer via registered mobile number.
